Alyssa believes everyone has an interesting story. This endears her to elderly women on buses, and also puts her in the same camp as the best minds in effective business communication. She’s an active listener and creative problem solver who won’t settle for the textbook answer. She finds the story that engages the audience and reflects the business needs of the client. And if a pinch of poetry slips in, well, that too is part of what makes words work.
