Not taking notes? That’s OK, Nicole has you covered. An obsessive scribbler, Nicole has the stack of full notebooks and pile of dead pens to prove it. It’s her way of making sure she stays on top of her client’s needs and can deliver over and above expectations. As a project manager, Nicole’s focus is on understanding the nuances of a communications challenge, then crafting a plan that gets results. Her writing takes a page from her project management by being both insightful and on target. It often seems that Nicole holds a secret to success, which she’s probably written down somewhere.
