We’ve all found ourselves at the center of a misunderstanding. Nicole often finds she’s the mediator in such conversations, interjecting with a polite, “I think she meant…” to help get a message across. Her talent for translating English to English comes from her ability to put herself in another person’s shoes. And, it comes in handy at AHA!, where she helps our clients understand how we can help achieve their goals.
