Like the devoted gardener she is, Paula tends us and helps AHA! flourish. She’s a wise listener who knows all and sees all, but never tells all. As our HR coordinator, she keeps us grounded and on task, and she motivates us to do our best. She’s also the go-to person for all kinds of needs. Planning an off-site meeting or looking for a seat on an overbooked flight? Paula’s got your back. She uses her vast network and artful negotiating skills to help AHA! out every day. And then she slips into the background, to delight in watching us grow.
